REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY. AS PART OF OUR REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY, ANY USER FOR WHOM WE RECEIVE THREE GOOD-FAITH AND EFFECTIVE COMPLAINTS WITHIN ANY CONTIGUOUS SIX-MONTH PERIOD WILL HAVE THEIR RIGHTS TO USE THE WEBSITE TERMINATED.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

If any provision is deemed invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any right will not be considered a waiver of such right.
